Reviewer Comments: This book started out really slow for me and sometimes hard to follow. At times it was hard to understand who was talking to who. After getting through the first 10 chapters or so it started appealing more to me. Ms Hunter did give us a lot of suspense and romance. It was interesting that Daniel had so many secrets and it kept us waiting wanting to know the truth about him. The end did have a lot of twist and turns and it made it a much better read. I look forward reading the next book in this series and see what Vergil can bring to us. As always, I really enjoy reading books written by Ms. Hunter.
